Batteries are covered by a 24 month warranty for private users and 12 months for companies.
The warranty covers: cell damage, BMS, drop in capacity (over 15% per year).
The warranty does not cover: mechanical damage (cracked / broken casing, melted terminals, etc.). User interference in the battery casing results in loss of warranty.
REALIZATION OF GUARANTEE / COMPLAINT
1. The user, upon noticing the battery malfunction, should: immediately report this fact to the seller by phone or e-mail.
2. Stop using the battery.
3. Send the battery in its original packaging to the address indicated by the seller at your own expense, together with the proof of purchase and return address attached.
Within 7 working days, the customer will receive a response by phone or e-mail regarding the acceptance or rejection of the guarantee.
If the complaint is accepted, if it is possible: we repair the battery, and if the repair is not possible - we send a new device at our expense. In the absence of batteries in stock, we arrange a delivery date or cashback.
When the battery is damaged due to the user's fault, we can repair it for a fee. Before starting the repair, the customer must agree to it and will be informed about the costs.
